In her role as Director of Operations, Erica oversees a dedicated team focused on ensuring each advisor is supported consistently and proactively and, in turn, every client receives the attentive, white-glove service they deserve.
As a self-described “social butterfly” in her formative years, Erica grew up in the Minneapolis suburb of Forest Lake, Minnesota. Although she has wanted to be a teacher much of her life, she started a career in financial services industry out of high school. In so doing, she quickly realized she loved the business world and decided to refocus her passion for teaching via coaching and development of her professional colleagues. While working during the day, she attended Cardinal Stritch University by night and received a degree in Business Management.
Erica began her career with Wells Fargo Investments in 2003 as an Investment Operations Representative. Over the years, she progressed within the organization and held various operations and client-service-related roles, including Client Service Consultant with Wells Fargo Advantage Funds and a similar role with Wells Capital Management. Most recently, she was Director, Client Support Services with Wells subsidiary, Galliard Capital Management, where she spent more than seven years.
Erica and her husband, Erik, a former hedge fund trader, decided to relocate to Arizona in late 2020. They are currently engaged in a project to build their dream home in north Peoria. Together, Erica and Erik have a ten-year-old daughter and an eight-year-old son.
